Just a Casual Talk

Last time, I was talking here about what a mortgage is. Somehow, I have understood about it and with the help of some other blogger friends who are well-knowledge on this talk, Smiley  they enlighten my mind even more.

Our talk actually started about earning online then went to money on bank accounts and eventually end up with mortgages and debts. It was just a casual talk for us since we didn’t expect that our talk would gotten that serious. At first we were just chatting non sense things but when things went good, we became serious on it then.

Some in depth thoughts we opened up, as I have mentioned above, was about mortgages. One of us shared that when she had once gone to the mall, one mortgage broker approached her and asked if she could have time to listen to that said broker and spare even half an hour talk regarding such.  They really have had discussed things about it. When my friend asked if they have co-workers based in other countries, the man mentioned a number of places like London mortgage brokers since my friend is an OFW based in London.

That was a good talk for them, according to my friend, and of course, ours too because I have grasp more ideas and things to consider before availing one.

What is Mortgage?

I personally do not understand what and how mortgage works. Every time the word mortgage has been uttered, no other things put into my mind but money.

Lately, during my vacation in our farm town, I asked my mom how top mortgage deals work. She explained to me a lot of stuff and even gave examples. But I honestly failed to grasp even one. I told that to my mom.

A day or two passed by, I looked over the internet for me to read and know more about it. I just then understood that mortgage is an amount of money being loaned to finance for something. It’s about money, indeed. After which, I just lurked also about a few information on mortgage deals and how things work.

Personally, I have hard time understanding about taxes; why it needs to be collected, how it has been computed per worker and how it could supposedly help one country. I just know some of the basics of taxpaying, but deeper than a person needs to pay this and that monthly  thing, I am certainly clueless with it.

Every person like me has little knowledge about taxes, can go to an enrolled agent to speak more about taxes. Enrolled agents are those specific professional people who have the full knowledge on how taxes works and go in a certain place.

To get a professional degree on enrolled agents, one must complete an ea cpe requirements like total number of hours to render every year with in three years  in the Internal Revenue Service or IRS. Aside from the one mentioned above, another thing to be able to become an enrolled agent continuing education requirements to take note by every individual who are planning to get a professional degree is by the fact that if he or she person has completed or has already been serving for five years for any work which are related to IRS, the enrollment for him or her is much easier than the latter.

However, it is yet available only in the United States and not in the Philippines.

‘TUKO’ for Sale?

‘TUKO‘ or Gecko is one of, should I say, the most highly in demand animals when it comes to instant money-making stuff.

I didn’t know how people could make them real money from ‘TUKO‘ or Gecko not until I talked to one friend who has seen, in their province, their neighbor catching a number of gecko to sell that each gecko costs more or less a million or so if it weighs 300 or more grams. Ain’t it so ear ringing? Well then, if only catching one is only as easy and fast as applying and availing and online cash advance, I rather stop schooling and just merely go to the jungle and forever to catch gecko my whole life. Clearing Payday Loans

How To Manage Bad Credit Loans

People, nowadays, used to shop, buy and go using credit cards. Money cash, even coins, are almost always left in the piggy bank. However, in a year or two of having the swipe here and there way of shopping, most of them suffer from bad credits -  financial problems already.

A sad story from a family friend once shared to me, regarding bad credits and how she dealt and finally decided not to avail credit cards anymore, put a mark on me to never try using one unless I’ve known how to manage bad credit deals already. After one day, she just woke up in her fully-packed shopped things in a room  messed with her bank’s bad credit statements that she needed to pay at that very moment. That’s the only story, by far, I’d try not to happen to me. I myself don’t know how to manage bad credit loans yet because I’m such an OC (obsessive-compulsive) shopper. I’d rather not to avail one for now.

I want KACHING!!!

With the flooding, but never been drowning, air transportation promos which are really tempting for me to fly to anywhere, I do not know if I could still have the full control with my budget. Smiley I am shaking every time a post master is dropping an envelope outside our gate. I do not know how much my bills would be again month after month. It’s giving me a migraine, much more that the semester is yet to end and sure to have a lot of hang-outs coming. I am really in risk budgeting now. Though I have my tickets for planned flights with M, I do not know where to steal for my pocket money. I can’t let M pay for everything since he already been throwing cash since last August when he had his vacation here then the last time I flew, he was the one who paid everything. And for this coming October, I am somehow ashamed if I still let him pay for all my expenses. Though he doesn’t want me to cost much, personally, I am of guilt that what’s left with him is just a few from his savings. Smiley

Kaching is what I need and a real good budget manager.

Conan by Frank Frazetta

‘Conan’ painting by late Pa. artist goes for $1.5M

PHILADELPHIA — A 1971 painting by fantasy artist Frank Frazetta has sold for $1.5 million, two months after the Pennsylvania artist’s death.

Frazetta‘s managers said this week that a private collector bought “Conan the Destroyer” from a family trust. Managers Robert Pistella and Stephen Ferzoco call it the price the highest ever for a work by Frazetta.

The illustrator died in Florida in May at age 82. His iconic illustrations of Conan the Barbarian, Tarzan and other characters often graced comic books, album covers and movie posters.

In recent years, his children have fought over an estate estimated to be worth tens of millions of dollars.

The feud boiled over in December when Frank Frazetta Jr. used a backhoe to try to break into the artist’s museum in the Pocono Mountains.
