The Walt Disney Company just recently announces that they are going to buy the Star Wars production company, the Lucasfilm.

Adelle’s “Skyfall” is 007 Soundtrack

Adelle’s “Skyfall” sets the new James Bond’s adventures for this year.

This basically means that Adelle’s “Skyfall” will be the official sound track of the upcoming movie and new adventure of James Bond, an addition to his 007 films.

I have not personally listened to this song yet, but I think this must be good. I am not a fan of Adelle even if she’ll use pearl flute, but since the production of the 007 films has chosen her and her song, I might as well start liking her songs then.

Ashton Kutcher to Play Steve Jobs in Indie Film

The American actor, former fashion model, comedian and producer and also known for the portrayal of Michael Kelso in the Fox sitcom That ’70s Show ASHTON KUTCHER will play as STEVE JOBS in an Indie film as a wealthy techie men.

The schedule of filming for this Indie film will start by May 2012.

Steve Jobs died after suffering from Pancreatic cancer on October 2011. I am wondering who will play as hospital personnel — a nurse or an attendant who will be carrying a medication cart in one segment of the film. Or should I say, will the part when Steve Jobs was diagnosed with Pancreatic cancer be showed in the film? That would be one of the films’ segments that everybody should look forward to.

Cameron Diaz’s Dirty Mouth Stars in the Bad Teacher Trailer

My mum is a teacher. I have a lot of relatives, friends who are teacher. But none from my siblings. When I first saw this Cameron Diaz’ Bad Teacher movie trailer, I really laughed out loud thinking of my mum! Smiley

I can’t imagine a real teacher doing this in front of me! Let’s wait for this movie to be released! Smiley

Google celebrates Jules Gabriel Verne Birthday

Wondering why Google’s homepage today’s looking animated?

It is actually an under the sea image of Jules Gabriel Verne‘s 20,00 Leagues Under the Sea fiction film commemorating and celebrating Jules Gabriel Verne birthday today!

Jules Gabriel Verne, February 8, 1828 – March 24, 1905, was a French author from Brittany science-fiction genre. He is best known for novels such as Twenty Thousand Leagues Under the Sea (1870), A Journey to the Center of the Earth (1864), and Around the World in Eighty Days (1873).

Excerpted from Wiki.

Verne wrote about space, air, and underwater travel before air travel and practical submarines were invented, and before practical means of space travel had been devised. He is the third most translated individual author in the world, according to Index Translationum. Some of his books have been made into films. Verne, along with Hugo Gernsback and H. G. Wells, is often popularly referred to as the “Father of Science Fiction“.

Google Me Movie Trailer

I just so love this trailer. Come watch this!

Google Me Trailer. Google Me is a documentary by Jim Killeen, starring 7 guys named Jim Killeen.

“It all started when I Googled my name,” said Killeen of his movie. And who in today’s day and age hasn’t engaged in just such an activity in a moment of idle “webbing.” The difference here that the filmmaker actually followed up on his findings by not only contacting his namesakes but also traveling to whatever remote location called for to meet and interview the subjects of his search.
