Unknown to many; a reception is just as important as the event itself that you are planning to host. Not only because it makes up much of the entire cost but because it is where the success of your event must take place and that success is something you can cherish along the way. Whether that event is something big like weddings, official ceremonies or something not so big like corporate meetings over lunch or dinner – you will need everything to fall into place all the same. You may not just realize it but a great venue is one of the deciding factors for the invited guests in determining whether to attend or not to your event so it is of vital importance.

Another quality of a good event reception is the availability of appropriate facilities like clean restrooms, changing area if applicable and a much wider seating areas should a guest needs to be away from the party for few minutes. The ambiance and the overall attractions found at the venue is just a bonus.

Looking for an Event Venue

Getting information for the best venue for your event can be a challenging one.

Your event could be a conference, training or even a wedding, but the challenge is the same. We could even say that the venue you choose could make or break your event. You may have the best preparation in terms of the speaker and materials needed for your conference or seminar, you may have the best food and the best theme for your wedding but without the right avenue, you may still end up unsatisfied and unhappy with the actual event.

And so if the venue is that crucial, you need to get the best possible options you could get before making that venue choice. It is good news that with the internet and your reliable desk top or laptop, you can now readily access the information you need. In short, you can click on and check your options at any time of the day and at any time of the week. You may have thought that all you could do before was make numerous phone calls and search newspapers or magazines endlessly to get information on your needed venue. Thankfully, this is no longer true. Thanks to technology and thanks to websites that can give you just what you need.

Facebook Owner & CEO, Mark Zuckerberg Weds Priscilla Chan

It seems like the month of May is the best month to ring the bell since most of my friends are getting married on this month. In fact, though we are not friends, the Facebook owner and CEO, Mark Zuckerberg tied the knot with his longtime girlfriend, Priscilla Chan.

Facebook Owner & CEO, Mark Zuckerberg Weds Priscilla Chan

Mark and Priscilla were together for nine (9) years since they first met in Harvard. The couple’s wedding ceremony was held at the Zuckerberg’s place in California.

Talking more about wedding, I have several friends who also did and a few more to end their “being SINGLE” statuses in Facebook before the month will end. Do this things give me hints that May is the best month to get married?

Opps! I don’t have plans to get married the soonest yet. I want, as much as possible, to make that day the most memorable wedding day I could have. But since I and my Mark, not Zuckerberg, LOL, don’t have fix plans on those stuff, I am still living my “being SINGLE” status in its fullest before I’ll change to “Engaged” and then “Married” statuses in Facebook.

Sharing to you some of my wedding ideas; these include the extreme events, if possible, like paragliding or maybe, underwater wedding ceremony. Ain’t those really exciting to look forward to? But a close friend of mind disagreed. She said, for me to make my wedding the best ever, I should rather had it the solemnest as well. She also added that I should check wedding events like Mississippi weddings and the MS party planner as well for me to grasp wedding events and collage them in one.

But as what I’ve mentioned earlier, we don’t have fix plans yet. Everything about wedding, for the two of us, are yet dancing in our minds on how such big day to happen. Hopefully, as that day comes, we could surely celebrate that most unforgettable wedding day we could have.

Best wishes, by the way, to the newly wed couple, Facebook Owner & CEO, Mr. Mark Zuckerberg and Mrs. Priscilla Chan-Zuckerberg.

Black Friday 2010 Best Buy Sale Treats

Oh Em Gee!!!

The Best Buy Sale on Black Friday is here again!

If only I could shop until I drop, my room will be filled with lots of different shopping bags. Well, even we have all the holidays from city breaks to school and family breaks, I still can’t shop because I am out of credits this time. Pity me!
My heart is like hammered to death with flooding blood every time I Black Friday is coming near because it usually fall whenever I’m out of credits plus there’s no Black Friday celebration here in the Philippines. I am only and always left pity and jealous for those online shops giving sale treats.

Early this week, Walmart has already had their Black Friday treats together with Target Black Friday Treats and the Toy R Us Black Friday Treats. For the whole month, most of the Black Friday Treats on list are electronic gadgets such as LCD TV, mobile phone, computer and computer parts, and digital cameras.

I am just hoping that before the end of the month, I could go shopping even just as my simple gift for myself on my birthday. I am crossing fingers for more PBs and kaching this month. Haha.

Happy shopping everybody!

Space Shuttle Endeavor Launch Time

Early morning today, Sunday, NASA fueled the shuttle Endeavour.

The space shuttle Endeavour is ready on the launch pad 39A.

Shuttle Endeavour Launch Time Scrubbed, Space Shuttle Endeavour is one of three currently operational orbiters in the Space Shuttle fleet of NASA, the space agency of the United States. Before being decommissioned NASA expects to use Endeavour for the STS-130 and STS-134 missions. Shuttle Endeavour launch time was scrubbed in the last moments due to unfavorable weather. NASA launch director Mike Leinbach called an official scrub at 4:30 a.m. EST Sunday.

NASA shuttle launch and mission managers would analyze forecast conditions for a Monday or Tuesday pre-dawn launch attempt. If Endeavour launches Monday morning, the launch time would be 4:14 a.m. Eastern Time. NASA was in violation of safety rules for Sunday morning, due to clouds that were too low and too thick over the launch and emergency landing sites at the Kennedy Space Center. Endeavour is set to ferry the last of the heavy living-quarter and interior space elements to the International Space Station.

Bohooo.. Hate it. I was even excited. Smiley Last November, NASA was successful in launching the Atlantis Spacecraft.
